Robin L. Nornhold., 67 of Kreamer passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026, at his home.
He was born March 23, 1959, in Lewisburg, PA, a son of the late Richard T. Nornhold, Middleburg, and the late F. Lucille (Osborne) Zimmerman, Paxtonville. On October 22, 1983, he married the former Beth A. Richard, who survives.
Robin grew up in Kissimmee and then Coon Hunter, PA. He attended Middleburg Junior/Senior High School, graduating in 1977.
Robin worked as an electrician at Susquehanna University for 44 years before retiring in 2021. He was active in Boy Scouts for many years, first in Kreamer Cub Scout pack #3400, then as Scoutmaster in Troop #400. Robin helped the Susquehanna Council with various leadership trainings. He served as Wood Badge Course Director and on Staff. Robin was a vigil member of Order of the Arrow, ran the Pine-Wood Derby, ran Scoutmaster Fundamentals both indoor and outdoor courses, and two National Youth Leadership Training courses as director. He earned an Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver award.
In his retirement, Robin enjoyed barbecuing and using his outdoor smoker along with camping, fishing, biking, and attending live music.
In addition to his wife Beth, he is survived by two children, Jordan and Heather Nornhold and his granddaughter Ruby Quinn Nornhold of Baltimore, MD, and Alexandra Nornhold and Andrew Jackson of Harrisburg, PA. He loved being a "Pappy" and spoiling Ruby. He is survived by one sister Linda (Keith) Long, Selinsgrove and two brothers, Richard T Nornhold Jr., Watsontown, and Dennis (Trish) Nornhold of Enola.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
