Raymond Lee Weller, 83, of Middleburg, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Milton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born on July 7, 1942, in Harrisburg, he was a son to the late John and Loretta (Shamory) Weller.
He attended New Hope Baptist Church in Middleburg.
Raymond was employed at Milton Steel as painter and later worked at Big Daddy’s Restaurant.
Raymond dedicated 31 years to fire service – 10 years with Milton Fire Department, and 21 years with Freemont Fire Co. & Fire Police.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lily M. (Strawser) Weller; two sons, Harry Weller and Raymond Weller, Jr.; a stepson, Daniel Stoutzenberger; two daughters, Betty Douglas and Jean Kerstetter; a sister, Dorothy Derr; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by a sister, Violet.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at New Hope Baptist Church, Middleburg at 1:00 PM with Pastor Terry Shaffer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
