Debra A. Stoneroad, 66 of Shamokin Dam, passed away Friday, May 23, at the emergency room of WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg.
Born Dec. 20, 1958, in Northumberland, Debra was the daughter of the late Paul Sr and Sara J. (Blett) Kerstetter.
On Feb. 10, 1979, she married Albert A. Stoneroad Sr, who survives.
Deb enjoyed playing bingo, reading, watching TV programs, especially cooking programs and collecting cow memorabilia. She will be remembered as an excellent baker.
Surviving in addition to her husband are 7 children: Marcia (William) Knepp, Crystal (Samuel Weiand Jr.) Stoneboard, Meoldy (William Deater) Stoneroad, Albert (Amber) Stoneroad Jr., Heidi Stoneroad, Matthew Stoneroad and Sunshine Stoneroad, along with 17 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and five brothers: Steve Blett, Paul Jr., Timothy, Roger and Matthew Kerstetter.
A viewing will be held from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, May 29 at Grace Covenant Community Church in Middleburg. A funeral will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Arden Steiner officiating.
Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery, Middleburg. Arrangments are being handled by Hummel Funeral Home, 574 Hill Street, Middleburg.
