Arla H. Kratzer

Arla H. Kratzer, 83, of Kissimmee Road, Middleburg, passed away on Friday, Dec. 26, at Rolling Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Millmont.

She was born on July 19, 1942, in Middleburg, a daughter of the late Floyd and Beulah Hackenberg.

She was a 1960 graduate of Middleburg High School.

On December 15, 1968, she married Gerald D. Kratzer, who preceded her in death on April 23, 2025. 

She retired from the guardian office at the Selinsgrove Center.

Arla attended Grace Covenant Community Church, Middleburg.

Surviving is a son, Troy D. Kratzer, and a sister, Freida Doebler. She was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Hackenberg.

Visitors may call on Friday, Jan. 2, from 1-2 PM, with the family being present at 1:45 pm, at Zion Fellowship Church, 1366 Zion Road, Middleburg. The funeral service will begin at 2 PM with Deacon Donald Doebler officiating.

Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.

Arrangements are by Hummel Funeral Home, Middleburg.
